These terms apply to your use of emergencedynamics.com (the “site”), which is operated by Emergence Dynamics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, of 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“Emergence Dynamics”, “we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
The site provides general information about Emergence Dynamics and the kind of work we do. Nothing on it is an offer, advice, or a commitment to provide any service. Any work we do is governed by a separate written agreement.
Content and trademarks
The content and design of the site, and the Emergence Dynamics name and logo, are owned by us unless stated otherwise. You may view the site, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use our content, name or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The site uses the Manrope and Archivo typefaces, which are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else’s use of it. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing for vulnerabilities without our permission, or sending automated traffic at a volume that affects availability.
